Ok, for trying and actually enjoying crispy dilis, danggit, and sinangag in a sandwich, just confirms how crazy you really are!
The rest of your choices are pretty tame, and i’d agree that they’re yummy, too.
I’ve also heard of other people enjoying coffee poured in sinangag plus dried fish, but i haven’t tried it myself. What i have tried (and love!) is fresh carabao’s milk on rice! yum… i miss that…
